my stay at lotte hotel was fantastic! the staff was incredibly attentive, especially mia at the reception who made my early check-in a breeze. the deluxe king river view room was perfect, offering stunning views. the hotel's location is excellent, being close to the city center but still peaceful. i also loved the hidden oasis of the swimming pool!

My stay was truly delightful as I enjoyed the rich breakfast options and the impressive river view from my spacious room, making it a perfect start to my daily explorations. plus, being just a short walk from iconic sites like the Independence Palace and the vibrant Saigon Centre made my city strolls incredibly easy and enjoyable.

The Deluxe King River View room offered stunning views, and the pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was comprehensive, although the price may be a bit steep if you're just looking for lighter options. We enjoyed our one-night stay in a Deluxe Twin Room with a fantastic view of the Saigon River. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, although I managed to sneak in a couple more fruit options! The lounge was truly a relaxing space to unwind.

Feeling welcomed at this elegant hotel made the experience delightful, especially the attentive staff who truly made a difference. However, the shower water pressure could use improvement, and the location, while decent, isn't the most central for nightlife. Overall an enjoyable stay.
